Where do I begin?
Send us your enquiry now. Email it to us at info@bitmapraster2vectorconversion.com If you have an image that you want vectorised, just attach it to the email that you send to us. Please specific instructions if any.

How can I send my files for conversion?
Just email the best quality version of your artwork that you have or if you have huge amount of work, we will give you FTP details for file transmission. FTP or File Transfer Protocol is something used to transfer files over the internet, from one computer/server to another.

How do I get my completed images back?
Completed images will be sent back to you through email or FTP. We will return the images via the same medium in which we received the batch.

In what format can you output the completed work?
Just specify the format you want returned.

Does BR2V Conversion offer samples?
Yes.  Samples give us an opportunity to: (1) help us better understand your imagery and your style, (2) showcase our services to you, (3) get your feedback on how we can fine-tune to meet your precise needs.   We’re happy to do samples for you once we’ve confirmed details of the project you have in mind. 

Do I need to pay for any corrections I might have?
No, if you have any corrections to be made because we have misunderstood your instructions or if it is an error on our part, it will be done free of cost. New minor corrections are also done free of charge. Corrections on your part, if time consuming will be costed as per our hourly cost.

Corrections as a result of misunderstood instructions are done free of charge. Further alterations and design enhancement will be charged according to the per hour pricing.

Our team of artists are skilled designers who precisely recreate your designs, creating raster to vector images that no automated software.
